Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- To request a return, please contact our customer service at contact@meatcraft.shop, providing the order number and reason for the return.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Photos of the damage are required for verification.
- The customer is entitled to a refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.
4. Exclusions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

โ Products that have been partially consumed or used.
โ Products that have been damaged due to customer mishandling.
5. Lost Shipments
- If a shipment is lost by the courier company, please contact our customer service.
- Once confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund.

- Changes do not apply to orders placed before the update date.
