Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

Customers may return purchased dried meat within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the packaging is originally sealed, and the product maintains its quality. To request a return, the customer must contact the customer service department at contact@meatcraft.shop, providing the order number and reason for return. The customer covers the costs associated with the return shipment.

2. Refunds

Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we will refund the customer the full purchase amount via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

In the event of receiving products that are damaged or delivered in a manner inconsistent with the order, please promptly notify our customer service department. Upon verification, the customer has the right to a refund or exchange of the item for a new one, at no additional cost.

4. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products whose packaging has been tampered with after purchase.
  • Products that have been consumed or used.
  • Products that have been damaged due to customer fault.

5. Lost Shipments

In the event of a shipment being lost by the courier company or other delivery operator, please contact our customer service department. Upon confirmation of the lost shipment, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the situation, including arranging for re-delivery or refunding the full purchase amount to the customer. Lost shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis, and our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction in every instance.

6. Right to Change Policy

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
