MeatCraft produces biltong in the UK in small batches, with care taken at each stage from preparation to packing.
Seasoning, drying and packing
Each batch is seasoned, dried and packed before it is sent out. Choose from BBQ, Chilli and Coriander flavours to find the biltong that suits your taste.
Sliced and whole options
Our sliced biltong is available in 30g and 50g packs. For a larger option, choose Whole Biltong 500g. Browse the MeatCraft shop to see the current range.
