2. Products
We offer only handcrafted dried meat products, made from high-quality ingredients.
Sliced Biltong 30g and 50g has a shelf life of up to 3 months from production. Whole Biltong 500g should be consumed within 1 month of delivery.
3. Shipping
We only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery times of 1–2 working days apply to ready-to-dispatch products. Whole Biltong 500g is made fresh to order, so please allow up to 14 days for preparation, drying and UK delivery.
If there is a holiday break, a notice will be shown on the homepage with the exact date of the next shipment.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50.
4. Payments
We accept online payments through secure payment systems available on our website.
All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Returns and Complaints
Due to the nature of our products (food), returns are not accepted.
However, if you receive a damaged product or there is another issue, please contact us immediately:
